Subscription Policy

Important Subscription Notice

Per evaluation, subscriptions are paid for a minimum of 3 months. If a trader loses an account while maintaining proper discipline score and risk management, they are eligible to register a new account under the same subscription.

Breach System

Discipline is non-negotiable

The Breach System exists to enforce accountability and build disciplined traders. Without strict enforcement, the purpose of UpPlan is defeated.

Rule 01

False Trade Reporting

Any form of lying, manipulation, or misreporting of trades results in immediate cancellation of the UpPlan subscription.

Rule 02

Repeated Rule Violations

Continuous disregard for established rules leads to immediate termination — no exceptions.

Rule 03

Discipline Score Threshold

If a trader’s discipline score drops below 75%, the subscription is immediately revoked.

This system protects serious traders. Discipline is the foundation of profitability.
